What does Chargebee2CRM cost?

Prices can be found on page 21 and are listed per month. Your Chargebee plan determines which version you need.

Is it possible to host Chargebee2CRM in my own Azure environment?

Yes. To achieve this, the following conditions are required: an application registration in Azure Entra ID.

Will Chargebee2CRM be updated?

Yes, based on new functionality and customer feedback, we regularly update the connector.

Will the installation of the Chargebee2CRM Integration make changes to the CRM Account object?

No, we will synchronize Chargebee customer information with a separate CRM object called "CB Customer." The "CB Customer" will then contain a link to the CRM account.

Can I use Chargebee2CRM for multiple business entities?

Yes! And you can assign CRM ownership per business entity. However, you cannot link one Chargebee environment to multiple CRM tenants.

Which objects are synchronized by the connector?
