Project background
JMG approached PossibilIT seeking better control over the data entering through Salesforce, particularly from their Connexys app. This app supports the entire application process, from the initial application to the candidate’s hiring. JMG aimed to gain insights into the time required for each phase of the application process and the ability to tailor personalized packages for their clients. Additionally, there was a desire to manage multiple brands within a single sales environment discreetly, using the same tools without apparent overlap. This required an approach where the application forms from different brands were seamlessly integrated into Salesforce and directed to the appropriate sector environment.

Our work
To support JMG, PossibilIT installed an unlocked package in Salesforce, giving us the flexibility to make direct adjustments within JMG’s environment. This allowed us to personalize their systems per brand and quickly respond to changes without long development times. With this approach, we could provide each brand within JMG's sales environment the tools it needed, while ensuring the collaboration between brands remained invisible.
Furthermore, we focused on enhancing data quality and streamlining processes for employees. We developed a live monitoring page where all changes and adjustments were tracked in real-time, allowing JMG to immediately see the improvements being implemented. This enabled us to act swiftly and solve problems efficiently.
Results
Thanks to our solutions, JMG now has the tools to guide candidates more swiftly through the application process and enhance data management. The recruitment staff can perform their roles more easily as the processes have been automated and personalized. Additionally, the flexible structure of the unlocked package allows for continual improvement of the environment, enabling JMG to quickly adapt to new developments within their recruitment processes. Our collaboration has also led to greater insights into the application process and improved service for clients, all contributing to JMG's success in the recruitment market.
